if true great move!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is this such a great move?

I'm not suggesting that Terry has done a great job, far from it. But why does Tannenbaum become GM when the only position he's ever held is a cap specialist.

So now our GM, HC, OC and DC have no experience in those positions at the NFL level (I almost said any level, but I'm not sure about that). AM I the only one who's nervous about this?

I can understand why some people feel like the entire organization needs to be blown up. But you have to bring in SOMEONE who has some NFL experience in his job.

I must be getting my seasons tickets this year after a 13 year wait. They'll make me pay a ton to watch a crap team for the next 5 years.

Max get Cimini on the horn & find out wtf is going on or I'm calling AMEX to do a chargeback on my premium membership.

Worst $0.25 I ever spent. What a waste.

Unbelievable!

He's asleep on the job, as usual.

Calling my bank now- no more direct deposit for you.

Bradway out as Jets GM

Tannenbaum will take over as Bradway's five-year reign ends

FROM STAFF REPORTS

February 7, 2006, 1:20 PM EST

The Jets are expected to announce this afternoon that they have reassigned general manager Terry Bradway and replaced him with assistant GM Mike Tannenbaum.

The management change, which will come at a 3 p.m. news conference, ends Bradway's five-year run as the Jets general manager. It is expected that he will be reassigned with the organization, possibly as a scout.

Tannenbaum, a New York native, will take over after nine years in the Jets organization serving as a director of player personnel and senior vice president, among other responsibilities.

this is unreal...we literally have no idea what to expect out of this whole organization from top to bottom. Not a single guy in a key spot with any kind of track record.

Maybe Mangini wanted TB to cut ties with some players that Terry felt loyal to??
