Mangini has full control. this is why bradway was so high on hiring mike tice. he knew mangini as HC meant the end of his tenure as gm. it also probably why tannenbaum was so focused on hiring mangini - easy promotion. jets rooter Posted February 8, 2006 Share Posted February 8, 2006 listen up jet fans.mike tannenbaum is a savy guy with 9 years of experience.as far as evaluating talent he has a lot of good people behind him.we have young coaches on all levels and they will evaluate as a group.so keep the faith rome was not built in a day.if he wants my input the jets should draft lendale white #1 and omar jacobs #2 that should put the jets in the right direction. WRONG! if tuna had gone to tampa, tanny was going to be his gm there. dumbway's drafts sucked before jessie kaye became the chief scout. tanny, kaye , and mangini can get the job done , better than dumbway, just by being awake.
