papz187
Saleh is all buddy/buddy with his players. They're his pals. For real.If you're gonna be buddy buddy as a HC you better be insanely talented and charismatic like Rex.Otherwise, get a Parcells type in here. I can't see this ending well.Sent from my SM-F741U using Tapatalk

peekskill68
So are we saying if Rodgers can get Saleh fired, JD made a good trade with Green Bay?

Robert was asked why so many penalties. In answering that question, Robert mentioned cadence, did he not? Do you think people would have spent all week talking about cadence if Saleh had not mentioned it as a problem? I appreciate that he backed off, but to blame the media for his own words is weak.
Ecuadorian Jet
Rodgers, who can be a head case, talented but a head case nonetheless, has realized what we all know: Saleh is way over his head for the job he gets paid for. Now Rodgers, who actually does want to win, struggles between doing his job and Saleh's, and controlling himself as to not expose Saleh for the turd that he is. I'm sure Rodgers appreciates McCarthy is little more today.

He was over valued when acquired.Thing is , while HCs can be improved ... It's not a position to really grow into. Everyone looks to them for the answers ... They need to have them ... And they need to be actual solutions ... Not slogans or quips.I just think he in way over his head.Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

Having a HC who is "growing into his job" (where the heck is the growth, btw?!), like Saleh, is an awful fit. Saleh seems like a very nice guy but I completely agree that he's in way over his head.

Saleh fits in the sense that he lets Rodgers do whatever TF he wants.

No. Watch the press conferences, inform yourself. Then decide if you should get your panties in a bunch.
