DaBrick Wall
I'm going to the game tomorrow. Knowing my luck, it'll break their 8-game win streak. I'm disappointed that Pettitte's pitching, who's about the most unceremonious Yankee starter to see when you go to one game per year. Though I suppose it could've been Mitre. AFJF
I've seen Igawa. In person. I think I can top that.... A few years ago I flew up from Florida to New York three times and went to a Yankee game each time. EVERY game was started by Randy Johnson and he got his ass handed to him...ummm...I mean, he was very unlucky, in all three starts.

Otter
Today's strange lineup. YANKEES (59-37) Jeter DH Gardner CF Teixeira 1B Rodriguez 3B Swisher RF Cano 2B Cabrera LF Ransom SS Molina C Pitching: LHP Andy Pettitte (8-5, 4.62). PS17
Why is Holliday in the A's lineup? lol I like our lineup today. I like Gardner batting 2nd, and Swisher 5th. Also, it's good to give some of the older dudes a rest. 8 and 9 are almost automatic outs though.

MagicBizkit87
I just don't get how this team couldn't hit Gio Gonzalez. How do we really expect this team to do in the postseason against the best pitchers in the game, and meanwhile you can't even hit ****ing Gio Gonzalez. MagicBizkit87
From just looking at the lineup today, you know Girardi really didn't think today's game mattered. I don't care that this team is 21 games over .500. We need a manager that knows every game matters.

MagicBizkit87
well this game is over, and I'm not even trying to jinx it, I'm just smart enough to know Mitre is a horrible pitcher, and obviously this entire Yankee Organization is so ****ing retarded in thinking this guy can handle the ****ing majors. MagicBizkit87
I like how Girardi left in Coke to go against the Righty, and guess what he does. Can we please fire this guy? This team has been playing well despite his managing, why waste any chance we have at going far with this manager.

Vudu
Hughes is a starting caliber pitcher, he should be able to go out there for two innings no sweat. Brian Bruney has sucked ever since he got injured.
