Green Jets & Ham
1. Chrebet is done ... or damn close too it 2. Jon Carter is about as close to a wasted roster spot as you can find, with his 1 or 2 plays per year 3. We already have our two starting flankers, Coles and McCareins 4. We already have a young 3rd WR {Cotchery} who is more of a possession guy than an explosion guy 5. With the addition of dinger, who actually likes to go 4-Wide on occasion, what we can use now is a 4th WR who adds some explosion out of the slot ... and he doesn't have to possess flanker size 6. With the departure of Santana Moss we also need to add some explosion to our return game 7. As luck would have it, I have Just the kid for both jobs ... an explosive return man and a speedy smurf who can add some EXPLOSION PLAYS out of the slot, and explosion plays doesn't always mean long balls. It sometimes means taking a short or medium pass to the house as well. And this cat has "mad wiggle" and explosive "football speed" {i.e. runs a 4.4 but plays even faster than he clocks} 8. And lastly, as luck would also have it, most mocks have this player going in the 2nd or 3rd Rounds ... so he offers outstanding value here as well So without further ado In the 5th RD of the JN mock draft, the NY Jets select WR/RM Roscoe Parrish ~ Miami Hurricanes

Jason Brown (center) http://2005.otcdraft.com/content/profiles/center/JasonBrown.php Jason Brown has proven to be a very durable player, having started 35 straight games at center after moving there from tackle in 2002. He has been one of the top centers over that period of time and was named first team All-American as a senior. He has good size and could be the strongest offensive lineman entering the draft.
