stormshadow19
Just a bump... let's take a look back and see who did good, and who just plain sucked. The Detroit Lions 1. Shawne Merriman DE/OLB 2. Adam Terry OT 3. Adam Bergen TE 4. Mark Bradley WR 6. Dan Orlovsky QB 7. Manuel White FB My Lions draft, well, was pretty good. Sledge got hurt for most of the season, and Manuel White has to be better than Paul Smith. They drafted Dan Orlovsky. And my first four picks would have produced alot better than what the Lions drafted first. Hell, I drafted the defensive rookie of the year, after all. The Cleveland Browns 1. Mike Williams WR 2. Barrett Rudd ILB 3. Sione Pouha DT 4. Stanley Wilson CB 5. Marcus Lawrence ILB 6. Kyle Orton QB 7. Tyler King DE Eh... my Browns draft sucked, in retrospect. Save for the sixth round gem of can't do anything Kyle Orton. But... what can you do?

Barton
Damn, I didnt even have a 1st rd pick because I signed up at JN after people called the teams. Marviel Underwood for Buffalo and James Butler for Dallas were 2 solid picks I made.

Jetlag
17 Cincinnati~Jetlag Thomas Davis S,Georgia 48 - Cincy(Jetlag) - Anttaj Hawthorne, DT, Wisconsin 83. Cincinnati ~ Jetlag COREY WEBSTER, CB, LSU 113. Cincinnati ~ Jetlag Terrance Murphy, WR, Texas A&M 144. Cincinnati ~ Jetlag Eric Ghiaciuc , C, Central Michigan 168. Washington ~ Jetlag Ellis Hobbs, CB, Iowa St. 175. Cincinnati ~ Jetlag Tony Ficklin , DE, San Jose St. 199. Washington ~ Jetlag Jim Leonhard, S, Wisconsin 210. Cincinnati ~ Jetlag TE Jimmy St. Louis ~ Murray State More misses then hits but I wouldn't say horrible. Probably my biggest steal was Ellis Hobbs at 168. I joked about him being "The Hobbit" in pre-season but I actually did like the kid as a player as he was a leader and stat producer at Iowa St. Ofcourse the Pats got a hold of him and turned him into a starter. Barton
Ehhhh. Leroy Hill Crowder was good for Miami too. Not sure how good Erasmus was for the vikings, same with McCoy, who I remember hearing was impressing in training camps.
Smizzy
How would you grade my Charger draft?
Barton
How would you grade my Charger draft? Well, its tuff to grade after 1 year. Erasmus had only 4 sacks, not sure how much playing time he got, I think he started but not sure. Crowder and Hill are good starters already so thats 2 steals. Matt McCoy was a 2nd rd pick by the Eagles, so you had great value there. Did nothing during the season though. Still, you stole him in rd 7 when the eagles drafted him in the 2nd. Marcus Johnson was a 2nd rd pick by the Vikings (47th overall), you took him 61st overall. Better value. Started 8 games at guard. I dont know how good he is, but at least it wasnt a huge reach for a player not in the league. Junior Rosegreen doesnt even have an NFL home I think! Havent heard a peep out of McArthur ------ To summarize. You got really good picks with Crowder and Leroy Hill, very good value for Hill and McCoy. And seemingly a pretty decent pick with Marcus Johnson too. Erasmus will likely get better, but if not this draft gets a decent C+ because you nabbed 3 rookie players who started in Marcus Johnson, Leroy Hill and Channing Crowder. I'm not one to grade a draft after just 1 year, especially with Dlineman getting taken with a 1st rd pick. I think Erasmus will end up being better than just a 4 sacks a year. nycdan
Rodgers and Roddy White are a nice 1-2 combo for TB there. But thank god NE didn't actually get Tuck, VJax and Sproles.

FUN DRAFT TIDBIT: Everyone and their mom had Tuck to the Pats in the first. He fell to the 3rd. Jets took a kicker in the 2nd.
