roscoeword Posted August 20, 2014 Share Posted August 20, 2014 Want to use this thread to ask a question: Why is it that Manziel isn't the starting qb for his new team, and it's taken for granted that Bortles, no matter how well he's played in preseason, isn't considered ready to be the opening day qb - yet Geno was made the starter almost from the beginning. Did he have a better career than Manziel and Bortles? Are the qb's of the Jaguars and Browns better than the ones Geno competes against? If Bortles can sit and learn, why can't Geno?
