Casey Printers In the NFL you need to have at least a decent back-up QB. A lot of teams make the mistake of going into the season with a QB depth chart 1 deep. Look at the Jets in '99. We could have gone to the Super Bowl that year had Parcells decided to get a real back-up instead of Rick Mirer. The Chiefs front office is to blame for this. They make bad decisions. After all, this is the same front office that actually gave up a draft pick for Herm Edwards. You can't have a QB come in mid-season and try to learn an all-new offensive playbook. Casey Printers Printers ripped up the CFL and won league MVP here a couple of years ago. Yeah, I know it's the CFL, but the guy can be dangerous if he can adjust to the NFL.
