ECURB
and we kept David Barrett over Justin Miller.... WOW.... JUST WOW... Why is that a WOW? Miller sucks at his position and he wasnt needed on ST... AND he was coming off a knee injury...
HardKoreXXX
We actually put a claim on Justin Miller but the Raiders got him because of their horrid record. He played pretty well against us also. Believe they used him on 3rd down passing situations.

David Barrett is a bum, always has, always will be, and if you really rather have Barrett over Justin Miller, I question your knowledge of the game. Barrett is better than Miller in Mangini/Suttons eyes becuase he knows what he is doing and has technique... MIller has a ton of raw talent and is high risk high reward... not a "mangini" guy... thats why Gholston needs to get his **** together...

#27TheDominator
I guess that means he can still run. I doubt he played very well (if at all) at corner considering the way the Raiders got bitch slapped. As for the highlight reel, the ****ing kick return isn't even on it. Irish Jet
Miller ****ing sucked as a CB. He was never going to be anyting more than a kick returner for us and guess what? We already have a GREAT returner in Leon. He was useless for us.
uart
miller had the only raider TD with a kickoff return for a TD. Should we have kept him to serve as a KR? I vote no.
Boynton Beach Jets
Miller was not a good CB, he was a poor mans Eric McMillan (which is not great other)
124
He's a great Kick Returner but can't field Punts without fumbling and couldn't crack our pitiful Cornerback rotation.
Jbro22
Can only have one man return kicks, and I'd take Leon over Jmills any day. Oh and Justin Millers coverage is awful.
SMC
and we kept David Barrett over Justin Miller.... WOW.... JUST WOW... I have no idea why people fail to understand this simple point: JUSTIN MILLER IS NOT AN NFL CORNERBACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE'S A KICK RETURNER PRETENDING TO BE A CORNERBACK

HE'S A KICK RETURNER PRETENDING TO BE A CORNERBACK Right and Leon Washington does what he does and is better plus returns punts and is a play maker on offense. Washington saves roster spots and does not bring the baggage of Justin Miller.
aec4
David Barrett is a bum, always has, always will be, and if you really rather have Barrett over Justin Miller, I question your knowledge of the game. Question away then. Barrett can play safety. Barrett is a decent nickel or dime back. Miller could do neither.

lancemehl
jmill>leon at kick returns very possible, i mean, he did lead the league at some point, that's not bad. i'm not saying the guy is great but a top tier backup return man vs. a third string bum CB is no contest in my eyes, but.... lancemehl
They have about 12 backup KR's, only needed one starter. of these twelve (i'd love to know who is #12,chris baker? lol) which is better than Miller?
aec4
jmill>leon at kick returns no f'ing way. Leon Washington is a top 3 KR/PR in the league. KR: Cribbs/Leon (hester no longer does KR ) PR: Cribbs/Leon/Hester
aec4
of these twelve (i'd love to know who is #12,chris baker? lol) which is better than Miller? The 12 are capable of playing other positions. Miller was not.
will
Miller's a FA at the end of this season. He had no future as a Jet. There was no point in investing anything more in him in terms of time, money or roster spot.
Irish Jet
jmill>leon at kick returns Absolutely no ****ing way. Leon is a GREAT kick returner. He may not have had the blazing speed Miller had but there's no comparison in terms of agility. Leon IMO is as good as any kick returner in the league. This season I think he's been the best. nyjetsjetsjets
jmill>leon at kick returns possibly. if he is better, its by a hair. (honestly i think leon is better, but again, its close they both are very good) but he hasn't been able to stay on the field and he is worthless for anything other than kick returning. he can't even catch a punt. 4HCrew
Looked like Justin was in the Raider conditioning program as he ran out of steam the last 15 yards.
