OT: Best Movie Villain in a Comedy

The "GREAT RACE" directed by Blake Edwards, was made in 1965.

And I have to agree with Jetfan13 except for the fact that Jack Lemmon played "Professor Fate" & not Dr. Death.

Besides, Peter Falk as his #2 "Max Mean" still makes me laugh every time I see it!

That's a good call. Jim Carey was unbelievable in that movie. My vote still goes to Mugatu though.
