PFF: Highest Percentage of Uncatchable Passes Through 2 Weeks

Recommended Posts

Cam Newton is 30 years old.  The time is over to worry about protecting his long-term health.  The Panthers need to just let him do what he does best and be a runner.  Otherwise, without the threat of the run, opposing defenses will just play man coverage all game.

No big surprise on the other names on the list.  Trubisky blows.

He’s attempted 72 passes for less than 350 yards. It’s kind of amazing, really.

What was Darnold in week 1?

Well only 31.7% of his passes weren't actually caught so... lower than that.

would be interesting to see. he wasnt terrible.

they also keep #'s on completing to covered/or somewhat covered receivers... i think

also would be interesting whihc receivers are best at catching challenged, or low percentage throws...

Sounds great in theory, but how could they possibly know miscommunication/receiver errors as opposed to simply horrible QB throws? Short of actually knowing the play calls, that sounds like a bit of a "best guess" for these numbers.
