The 98 AFC Championship vs Denver was not really a close game.

The Jets are still multiple seasons away, but take into account that the Bills have had 2 playoff wins in the 20th century, and Mahomes has the same amount of playoff wins as they did since early 90s to that point. They sucked for a long time, and are now relevant.

The Jets will be one day too.

JD and Saleh have been talking the talk.  Championship teams are built from the inside out.  Behind an injured OL, but with the same skill players, Mahomes was completely ineffective against Tampa with Barrett, JPP, Suh and Vea in his face last year.  Time for JD to walk the walk and get a pass rush...

Yes, but the Jets TD was from a blocked punt recovered on the 1 yard line.  The 2nd half was a buzz kill.

While I’d love a Jamaar Chase, he’s not out there but we don’t need that for Zach to show improvement. We just need 2 WRs better than Corey Davis and Keelan Cole. 2WRs or 1 and a dynamic TE out of this draft will do wonders for him.

will our guy get close to their level?  Those 4 in the AFC will be around for another 15 years.
