Suspiciously, the league has chosen to do nothing about their rampant career-ending turf issues in this new push toward “player safety.” These are the posts you get on a forum for a team that consistently builds rosters without players that you worry about getting hurt...... And everyone loves the new rules! That totally work! And ignore the man behind the curtain! Etc etc etc. Any data points on reduction of dehydratcussions? It's an incredible case study, when you think about it. Is there another example of product, where these 2 points a true, yet the product is reaching all time heights of popularity and breaking all sorts of viewership ratings.

The violence could be eliminated. But what about the blood lust of the crowd?

The injuries on the offensive side seemingly every year defy the laws of mathematics…
rangerous
I’m always wary of statistics, when presented, only show percentages. A drop from 2 to 1 is 50%. So it doesn’t take much real change if the data sets are small to effect a large percentage change. I guess it’s good injuries are down but it also seems this seasons games looked pretty sloppy.
