PatsFanTX
edit DT darnell dockett was extended last week You might want to edit Deion Branch as well. If memory serves correctly, I don't think he plays on the Pats anymore.
DireJet38
You might want to edit Deion Branch as well. If memory serves correctly, I don't think he plays on the Pats anymore. He looked real good this past sunday with hass.
Barton
Eric Johnson could be a good option at TE, as would Witten, but he'll probably get a nice sized contract. Michael Lewis at SS would look good. The Jets need a physical safety who can play up in the box.
PatsFanTX
Eric Johnson could be a good option at TE, as would Witten, but he'll probably get a nice sized contract. No way in hell that the Cowboys don't resign Witten.

Barton
No way in hell that the Cowboys don't resign Witten. Yeah I know. He's really not all that special anyways. Eric Johnson was pretty damn good a couple years ago, but I think he tore his ACL or another serious type injury last year. Not sure how he's doing.... 124
The only name on that list I get excited about is Michael Turner as a Restricted Free Agent. What would it cost to sign Turner away? Definitely not a 1st round pick I'm assuming... Edit: Also would like to see a good run at Asante Sameul, Nate Clements & Rashean Mathis. Justin Miller can play the nickel with his speed, but he should not be starting.
124
No way in hell that the Cowboys don't resign Witten. They already did. Something along the lines of 6 or 7 years between 25-28 million.

bitonti
Little outdated list it has Zach Hilton on New Orleans and Boo Williams not on the Giants who was let go. the list is dated but technically both of these players are on (or were on) 1 year deals and weren't under contract for 2007 anyone see any viable NT options? uart
Quarterback Chris Simms, Tampa Bay (UFA) Welcome to the Miami Dolphins, Mr. Simms... Running Back ... Michael Turner, San Diego (RFA) Yes Please. Kickers Nate Kaeding, San Diego (RFA) Lawrence Tynes, Kansas City (RFA) We're not getting either of these guys, but I can dream, right? Tynes is from Greenock, Scotland too... I'd go out and buy that jersey right away. Besides, wouldn't a foreign kicker go really well with our foreign punter? quietjets
I believe Ike Taylor had new contract done before this season began. I like to pry Holliday away from Dolphins to play 3-4 end for Jets. buckwalther is a good and cheap pick up. Power and speed but hurt every other years. bitonti
RE: Michael Turner - the Chargers will tag him and probably don't want to talk trade. They use him to spell LT2 and like his work. If they do talk trade, they will have their share of suitors the Jets among them no doubt since they have an extra 2nd rounder and that's what it takes to pry RFAs away from teams looking to deal from a position of strength (see Justin McC trade) *** JMO the number one name on this list is Rashean Mathis but the Jets probably don't need a #1 CB that badly. I'd be scared if he ended up in the division - he's a ballhawk and can take great WR out of their game. the list has been edited
Barton
that guy out right sucks in both Eagles losses he bit on fakes and got beat for long TDs at crucial points of the game he was benched last week in the 4th quarter for Sean Considine I havent seen him make many big plays recently either. I know he was a probowler a couple yrs ago and was very good. Either way, we need a physical safety. Maybe Tony Parrish from the 49ers. He'll be only 31 opening day 07'. Oh yea. CB Ike Taylor from the Steelers would be an excellent sign. I remember the Jets (Mangin's Jets) were rumored to be on him last offseason, but he was a RFA. Steinback is a beast. I would love to put him inbetween Dbrick and Mangold. Wasnt Manuwai a 1st or 2nd rd pick? I didnt watch him closely vs the Jets but he must have been doing good because they were running all over us, massive holes.
