Jet27
Jets 27 and the Bears 14. 1. Chad has just one more big play than grossman, 2. Jets have one less intercept, 3. the bears kick return team is shut down, 4. while Justin Miller is not. 5. In the end the jets record is 6-4, and they move up 5 notches in the power rankings. MochaBear
Just for the hell of it some crappy scoring predictions as well... Final Bears 28 Jets 22 1st quarter Bears 0 Jets 7 Pennington 14 yd TD 2nd Quarter Bears 14 Grossman 27 yd TD, Jones 8 yd TD Jets 10 Nugent 38 yd FG 3rd Quarter Bears 14 Jets 15 Nugent 44 yd FG, Hobson safety 4th Quarter Bears 28 Hester 77 yd TD return, Jones 26 yd TD Jets 22 Pennington 21 yd TD Notes of the game: Gould misses first FG of season (38 yd), Jones has season high rushing (163 yd), Pennington completes his longest pass of the season (73 yd)
Jet27
There won't be a punt, or a field goal attempt try returned for a TD against the jets this week, and if you are counting on the Bears pulling that off...your going to be disappointed. Mark my words: 1. grossman will not have a good game (O TD's 2 INTs) 2. Chad will play a little better than Grossman (2 TDs 1 INT) 3. Field poistion will most probably be equal. 4. Bears will probably run for slightly over 100 yards. 5. Jets will run for just under 100 yards. and in the end, the Jets win 27 to 14.

But.... 1st Quarter: Bears, opening drive....Grossman conects with Bradley. Throws 12 yards. Bradley runs for 66 yards, untouched...TouchDown. Gould...extra point: GOOD. Bears lead...7 - 0 Jet's have the ball...Penny dances his way up the the line, the BEARS defence is pushing back, Penny gets hurried...intends to through the ball away. Manning picks it off....Manning's in trouble, laterals' it back to Vasher. Vasher takes it in, 33 yards....untouched. TouchDown. Gould...extra point: GOOD Bears lead....14 - 0 Bears Kick-Off to JETS. Punt returner fumbles. BEARS scramble and recover the ball on the JETS 6 yard line. Grossman finds CLARK in the endzone. TouchDown. Gould...extra point: GOOD. Bears lead...21 - 0 2nd Quarter: ....need I continue???? ......... Ok....seriously??? BEARS 31 - JETS 28 .
Jet27
Come Monday morning when Jet fans are celerating the fact that the Jets have beaten the two (count them 2) best teams in the NFL in back to back week, what are you Pats and Bears fans have to say. The Jet's will do the same back hand that the Fins gave you, only this time it will hurt a little more.

IbleedGREEN
The Bears are not as good as their record indicates and the jets are actually better than theirs. Chicago proved nothing but the fact that the other team we share a stadium with has no heart. If anyone thinks Rex Grossman is an elite quarterback seek mental help or just watch footage of the Dolphins game. This is a huge game for gang green and I hope the rest of the media keeps doubting them because their going to surprise a lot of critics this weekend. 124
We will contain, not stop, but contain Thomas Jones and "Sexy Rexy" will make enough mistakes for our offense to take advantage of. Bears - 13 Jets -

Jet27
what I said was the Jets should have beaten the Colts, they beat the Pats and come this sunday they will beat the Bears. As some-one else said the Bears are over-rated. let's see what happens this sunday. I just think you Bears fans won't like the outcome. And once the Jets beat you guys down the Pats will do the same thing.

Jets 20 Bears 13 Nobody thinks Grossman is an elite Quarterback. But, we do believe that we have seen quite a few examples of what may someday become one for us. Hell....even Favre SUCKED BAD when he first came into the league. Not, that Rex will be Favre. But, if he's even half as good, he will be great. See ya Sunday! . Jets 20 Bears 13 BTW your opening comment has burnt every team but one that we have faced this season.. Your second comment is kinda funny, because you guys are actually the 'OTHER TEAM' that shares a stadium with NY's real NFL team. Your 3rd comment is presumpuious, as no one thinks Rex is an elite QB, but maybe you could have a look at the footage from the GB, DET, SEA, BUF, 49'ers and the second half NY's REAL team game last week to see what it is we like about Rex. Your 4th comment is rather interesting, as this IS a big game for the Jets, just another win for the Bears. Funny how good teams don't have season changing games mid-season eh? But don't get too hung up on what the media thinks, they're still doubting us as well.. Enjoy the pizza and beer, remember it's only football...
