But advertising has tanked and we need help paying the bills. We don't ask for much, but to keep everything alive after donating ourselves, we still need to raise approximately $1800 each year. To do this we have opened up two inexpensive paid memberships. Memberships run $10("GM") and $25("owner"). See Membership I think that is from the nflfans people and not jetsaddicts. In a free market economy, the market determines the price of a good or service, not the cost to make the product or provide the service. In this case, why would the market (consumers) pay for something, when they can get an equivalent product elsewhere for free? If consumers consider this product to be vastly superior they will pay a premium. If not, those consumers will go elsewhere for that service. My guess is that this move will backfire. Rather than charging users, they should come up with a better plan to attract advertisers. It shouldn't be that tough to bring in $150 per month in advertising. But no, you do not have to pay to access or register or post on Jets Addicts or any of the other board in the NFLFans network. They have asked for donations eariler in the year to help with the rising costs for such a big network, but I have never asked anyone personally on the board to donate, if they want to help it would be appreciated, but they do not have to and should no feel obligated to. Sorry I don't get over to post here more often myself, as I am sure is the same with many others, with work obligations and family time, it is hard to do everything you would like to. I have read your posts, and I thought not being funny was what one aspired to. I was going to let you use my wand, then I remembered that I don't swing that way. You might want to try a seesaw. If you jump off that swing, you could get hurt. A wand only works for the main person who holds it, and I would assume that you are the main holder of yours.
