Alk
The only question is if Cindy is kaput, will Lynch tell Bellipuke to screw, and sign with us? Why would you want that? You had no use for him did you? He was too good for your beloved Jets. Make up your mind already.
SoFlaJets
The only question is if Cindy is kaput, will Lynch tell Bellipuke to screw, and sign with us? because clearly we still do need a safety who can cover Jon-Fasano almost killed us today

No and there won't be any word on what kind of injury it is. This is going to be the most miserable week in recent memory.

Warfish
If the picture I saw of him on that hit is any indication, this is a season endeing injury. Very unfortunate for the Patriots, a la Vinny in 99'.

Jetfan13
It wasn't dirty at all. The guy had someone lying on his back and he was just crawling trying to make a play and got him low as Brady followed through on the pass. Just a case of a guy hustling and trying to disrupt a play. good call ALK
Borgoguy
if hes out for the year and we win the division we will just be called a fluke. And I dont want that. Who will call it that? Is the Giants' win last year a "fluke"? Injuries are part of the game. No one feels sorry for us when we lose a player. We should not bemoan anyone else's bad luck. It's life in the NFL. Warfish
He walked off the field. Then again my brother in law tore a tendon and walked on it without crutches for over a week. When I tore my ACL & MCL, I walked off the baseball field. Sadly, I never walked back onto one (as a player) again.

Warfish
what I wanna know is how you people know it's a horrible injury and he's done for the year 'cause last time I checked you have NO way of knowing that People may say they "know", but obviously no one here is an insider with the Pats. But folks will say they "know" because of what it looks like, and what others they have seen in the past looked like, and perhaps (like me) what their own personal sports-injuries looked and acted like. It looks like a bad one. Doesn;t mean it IS, just it appears in every way to be a potentially serious injury. Life in the NFL I guess, sucks for the Pats, but I refuse to gloat. I still remember Vinny T. all too well.....
