A decent QB hits a wide open cotchery in the end zone earlier, a decent WR catches that bombb, which really wasnt that hard of a catch, and s/b easy for a professional. He drops balls. Bad trade. Don't compound it by a big contract. Mark him restricted for a 1st.. sure.. big deal, no.
