Great way to kick off the mafia season Oh, and big props to AVM. After JiF pegged Verbal, he was the only one who had it figured out. While most of you had one or maybe even two of us pegged, AVM immediately came out and named me, Song and I28 as scum. Good work AVM, remind me to kill you early next time I'm scum. I've never been NK'd before late, late end game (Predator). I've always felt slighted by it, in a way, that I was too easily swayed by others and therefore useful to scum. Still...I was worried it wouldn't matter because of that early game mess I tried. My credibility was shot, though I genuinely felt real good about you as scum because of it. Not sticking to the point could have proved costly, but there was enough confusion with the role claims that it drew attention from you anyways. If not for AVM's authentic feeling posts the last couple days I would have just went with JiF at the end there... I believed he was innocent... but I always think he is. You're the F'ng man. You had me seriously doubting you for a bit with the doc v doc stuff, but the more I thought about it the less sense it made. Only reason I thought we had a chance going in to this 4 player day was because I thought you were with me. I see just as an extension of in-thread sh*t-talking, just sometimes when you're scum there's certain things you can't say in thread or you'll get your a$$ lynched. Honestly, I would have defended you the same I defended Pac, ironically. It really was scary that 3 of the more devious players in the game were the 3 I found myself really trusting. I waivered on CTM, and for a bit on Pac during the doc battle. That really was an epic game -- took a bit to get going but geez, what an ending. I hope Sharrow and Slats read this, since they are obsessed with the idea that I have an ego problem . I played like poo - this was my first false reveal as scum and it was terrible. Additionally, its not like me to drag personal stuff into the game, typically I consider it bad form. Sorry about that. I just wanted it to be known that I wasn't lying about the gym for P90X, the argument during my reveal, my ferret or the fire trucks. Sometimes oddball sh*t like that happens I guess. Anyway, this game was an eye opener in a lot of ways... Oh, and I hope everyone realizes that my obnoxiousness and dooshy remarks are meant to be part of the game. Especially the ones I plant in the scum thread for those that I know will read it later. So if I crossed the line, I apologize... with the exception of Pac and CTM. Wanted to answer this for you - over the past year she's developed an insulinoma (opposite of diabetes), a tumor on her head and a tumor on her adrenal gland. How do they diagnose? The Vet accepts cash, check or charge... This past week we had the gut-wrenching conversation about not spending any more money because the next step would be something like chemotherapy. Not fair to her. She's not in pain, it just wears her down - so we're just spoiling her as much as we can, for as long as we can. I was also trying to get a feel for how you guys play. it's a whole hell of a lot different from the other few sites I play on (I don't only play on dm) and I think I have kind of learned what I should and shouldn't do, though I can't guarantee I'll ever talk as much meaningless crap you guys do I found a nemesis in this game, so I'm pretty proud of that XD I was also super pissed when Pac self protected... And Vic I thought it was a great game. loved the write ups and it was a perfect game for me to get used to the bs that goes on here Oh and who the heck is Harry Potter?!? Dan. Posted February 4, 2011 Share Posted February 4, 2011 Wonderful game, everyone! Great job, Vicious. It was very fun to watch. AVM was amazing. SMC did a great job filling in. Overall, JiF did a very good job this game, too. I also thought the Pac/I28 showdown was hilarious, but I had the flu at the time and may have been delirious from my fever ... I laughed so hard when CTM got lynched, too. Song, I'm glad you're sticking around! It's nice to have more girls around. And whoever you are, Harry Potter - hysterical.
