hollywood nosebleed
What about Mike Evans. He could come out this year. I like Mike Evans. He uses his size and basketball skills to box out and attack the ball in the air. He's a little stiff in the hips and a tad slow. If he can get his 40 time down I could see him taken in the bottom of rd 1. Right now I have him in the 2nd. He's a less explosive Vincent Jackson. Be_a_Jet
I really like Sammy Watkins, the Roddy White comparison seems right on. Seferian-Jenkins looks like a monster on that youtube but his production so far this season is weak

BroadwayJoe12
the LSU WR's look like pro's They are. I'm as big of an LSU homer as you're going to find on this board, so I try not to give my opinion of all the guys unless I think they're really going to make it: the only players I really touted, besides the obvious in Peterson and Caliborne, were Reuben Randle, Bowe, Eric Reid, Mingo and Kevin Minter. I'm willing to stick my neck out for Landry and OB Jr as well; these guys aren't going to be your first round receivers, but they can do just about everything you ask and will make a team extremely happy in the second day. Beckham probably moreso than Landry.
HessStation
LOL so I was just making up an awesome mock in my head watching ESPN CF Live... 1. Sammy Watkins WR, Clemson 2. Eric Ebron TE, UNC 3. Jarvis Landry WR, LSU 3. LaMarcus Joyner S, FSU 4. Braylon Webb S, Missouri 5. Michael Sam DE/OLB Missouri 6. De'Anthony Thomas RB, Oregon 7. Jon Halapio OG, Florida wah-la!!! SenorGato
Throw Troy Niklas on the list of Weapunz I wouldn't mind. Watkins in the first and Niklas in the second seem nice right now. Grab a Christian Jones in the third to improve the coverage skills in the LB group, and then someone like James Gayle (DE, VT, potential beast) with the second third or the only 4th. CotcheryifyouCan
would love to add one of the following in the 1st depending on where we pick: Watkins, Evans, Lee, or Ebron. in the second i wouldnt mind picking up Mike Davis, RB South Carolina, kid is legit and seems to be flying under the radar. BroadwayJoe12
I was on the verge of changing my position earlier this year and I've finally made the decision: I like OB Jr. more than Landry. I love both and think they're both going to be early second round picks and very good pros, but something about Bekham really excites me. Jeremy Hill is my favorite back in the country: not totally a homer pick, the guy has everything you look for. When he comes out in 2015, he's going to make a team very happy. Mettenberger is currently in the conversation for the first round, he might not make it, but he has all the tools to be a good QB, especially since Cameron has been working with him. I prefer his style of play moreso than the Mariotas, Boyds and Manziels of the world.
BroadwayJoe12
You've got the three true sophomores in Gurley, Hill and Yeldon and I think that's the order of their talent as well. I'd still pick Hill first, I'm skeptical of Gurley's ability to stay healthy, but both he and Hill are men amongst boys.
BroadwayJoe12
For all of the posters on here who are constantly complaining about guys who only catch with their body, something I think is vastly overrated unless you watch every single catch they make, you should take a long hard look at Jordan Matthews out of Vanderbilt and then once again Odell Beckham Jr.

BroadwayJoe12
Mike Davis might be the best of the bunch. Yea, he's a stud too, as well as Duke Johnson and Melvin Gordon. There's a lot of talent coming out next year, which only means someone is going to fall. If I had to choose, I'd probably still go with Hill or Gurley, because they've all got similar speed, but I love their size at 6'1 230+ and they both have familiarity catching the ball out of the backfield. Outside of retooling the WR and TE positions, I hope Idzik continues to go the route of not giving out second contracts and starts drafting replacements for guys in anticipation of them leaving. Like the Steelers have done with their LBs and WRs so well over the years.
