Texans have interest Sanchez

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport expects the Texans to have interest in Mark Sanchez "if/when he's released."

Sanchez is expected to be cut before March 25, when his $2 million roster bonus comes do. RapSheet seems to be forecasting a Matt Schaub-for-Sanchez switcheroo in Houston. The Texans at this point are expected to pass on a quarterback with the No. 1 pick in May's draft. It's entirely possible Sanchez winds up as Bill O'Brien's Week 1 starter, based on the most recent reports.

Trade the Titans Sanchez our #1-#4 pick for the #1 pick in this years draft you can instantly improve this team with whoever you pick WR,CB,TE,LB,G you name it.

The titans have locker, they prob aren't interested.

Worth holding onto because you can't predict the future, but the odds of us ever getting a conditional 7th in 2018 were always slim.  Kudos if we get even that, because who wants to cough up $13M/year for Sanchez?

Even if someone like Houston is interested, I doubt he's going to get a deal that size.  The only thing attractive about his current deal is the lack of up-front signing bonus required. But with a salary that high, it's not really all that much different.

I still think Sanchez stays put, we don't need the cap space, and no dead money which might make Woody feel better if he still has that player on his team he already gave that money to.

Cap space will carry over now, so letting him stay at the current price would be ridiculous
