 Didn't we have a defensive rookie of the year safety in the early 90s, had a bunch of picks? Bobby McFerrin or something? Not that I don't worry be happy guy? Who am I thinking of?

Just reading the name Burgess Owens is enough to make me tingle with nostagia. Nobody will mention or remember him, but Earlie Thomas, who played in the 70's (No.45) was a a great lock down corner and one of my favorite Jets. He was skinny with Tatum like shoulders. Never had too many interceptions because the opposing team always threw on the other side against very burnable corners, namely one called Rich Sowells (no.46).  Notice that Rich Sowells isn't on the list...
