Yeah I wouldn't call getting injured, then struggling, then benched, then missing playoffs (in that order) "awesome" learning experiences.

Not sure what he needs to learn - the fanbase is toxic and no one can be successful here because of that.

He's all good - it is yours and my fault for his issues.

Unfortunately, the learning experience was with the fans and organization. We learned that drafting you will go down as another iconic draft bust.

I think the biggest learning experience for him is learning that nothing will be handed to him in the future.  He will have to work hard, fix his problems, and prove it on the field.  That was his biggest learning experience, and a good one.
