Saleh and Douglas panicked when Zach Wilson did not work out and did not know what they were getting themselves into with the whole Rodgers pursuit. All Rodgers did was voluntarily reduce his salary by $35M. The guy gets hurt 4 plays into the season and the rats desert a sinking ship because the first season didn’t go as hoped. I never understood the -7.5 spread for Dallas. GB finished strong with some nice wins, including dominating the Chiefs, whereas Dallas has been completely hit or miss, blowing out teams while also getting dominated by the Cards.
