The Jets will compete with the New England Patriots this season and will possibly win the AFC East division.

They will be able to win their division for a number of reasons:

Owner

Woody Johnson is committed to winning football games. This is evidenced by his willingness to spend money and by his daily communications with general manager Mike Tannenbaum.

Even if it is a fluff piece, I love this article. I agree 100% the jets go 12-4 and win the afce east! we'll even have a shot at the super bowl this year!

We need a QB bro. It'll be a little hard, but hopefully we can do it.

If true, I'll cut my penis off.

Am I missing something or are you saying that you hope you cut your penis off?

Give it Thor99 as a gift. He'll give you all kinds of positive rep for it I'm sure.

Not if it's only a little hard. Thor only gives positive rep for fully hard.

But I did find out that the same guy who wrote this predicted on jetsinsider that the jest would go 14-2, so this is a jets fan.

But I say we'll finish 11-5.

The guy who wrote this is a Jets fan? I don't believe it :P

Statements like this are totally accurate:

The loss of Donte Stallworth should not be overlooked. Stallworth is a quality receiver and a legitimate deep threat. Defenses across the league have to be happy that he is no longer part of New England

i sure hope this is the year we overtake the Pats and win the AFC East. as said earlier, it's probably just a fluff piece by a Jets fan. but after last year this would be amazing for the Jets.... just not so much, however, for your penis. damn.

Since when was Stallworth a deep threat last year?

Dude, i was reading that as an avid jets fan, but that was hard to swallow. I always think the Jets can win 12 games, but rarely do they come through. It's just hard to read someone giving his biased opinions, even though they are the same as mine.

Gainzo, if the pats lost 15 games next year, you should be at least happy that a different team gets a chance.

I lived through a 1-15 season in 1990. I must say that the 1990 New England Patriots were the worst team in the history of the NFL. They were worse than the 1976 Buccaneers.

Jets will win at least 11 games this year.

Home: Buffalo, Miami, New England, Denver, Kansas City, Arizona, St. Louis, Cincinnati

Away: Buffalo, Miami, New England, Oakland, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Tennessee

Buffalo 1 (we always seem to lose at least 1)

Miami 2

Denver 1

KC 1

Ariz 1

StL 1

Cin 1

Oak 1

SF 1

And at least 1 more win from SD/Sea/Ten/NEx2

Doubt it's enough to overtake NE, but we're going to kick ass this year.

Boooooooo. Low blow Sperm, low blow. :box:

Nuuuuuuuuuuuge will simply be the main reason for at least 11 of the 12 wins.

What is a Nuge replica going for these days??

Is his number on the jersey off center,,is it off to to the right???

Dead center. You know, like most of his kicks.

Sorry that he misses once and a while, no NFL kicker is perfect. ;)

Nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge!!!
