I'm talking about it with you - to me pointing out the epic stupidity of your blanket statement about this theme being good for a silent killer IS setup talk, its me talking about how ANY theme could be perfect for a SK, since its basically dependent on the imagination of the mod. Case in point, the dumb example of a stumbling drunk you gave as the SK, that to me is not something every mod would incorporate, nor make a SK, so while I agree there could easily be a SK, I think your example is stupid.
