He was wrong, but looking at that vid he probably would have been right 9 out of 10 times. It looked gruesome and I was surprised to see him come back on the next series

Uh he was actually right. Brandon has an MCL sprain.

I don't see why people hate speculation based on video. Of course, only MRI can confirm, but you can still be pretty accurate from video most times. I thought MCL when I saw it. I know, because I've torn 2 (and 3 ACLs).

well yeah a Doc of orthopedics should nail what Injury you might sustain based on the direction your knee bends. Since they know what ligament would be under pressure

On Sunday, Pro Football Talk reported that Marshall has an MCL injury, and it's not yet clear if he will play at the Chiefs. Which really is not particularly surprising news, considering what Bowles has already said. Though you could interpret a coach saying a player is "fine" in a number of different ways, of course. 

In terms of knee injuries, an MCL injury is typically preferable to an ACL injury.
