The Fat Man
Curtis Martin: Age does matter, I would rather screw a young porn star than an old one. At 33 he is the equivalent of Ron Jeremy doing porn. Kevin Mawai: His injury last season put this overrated center out of his misery. Ask any nose guard in the league and they'll tell you he still cannot call or pickup any blitzes. He looks like he is picking up crispy cremes instead. Chad Pennington: "The Ceramic Princess" vows to be back next year. Look the guy never got hit hard. His injuries stem rom falling down the wrong way. His arm is like Emeril Lagasse's noodles "Al dente". Pete Kendall: Listen! I live in Arizona and have seen this whiner first hand. He was booted from the team because he complained about the summer workout program. He must have loved Herman Edwards' camps. He'll be the first one to argue about the new coach and try to suboordinate his authority. Justin McCareins: I Heard his mother came out with a new cookbook or something. he must use alot of butter before gametime. He could not catch a sexually transmitted disease in Tijuana Mexico without a condom. Doug Jolley: Heres a guy that complained about his role with the team last year. He drops more passes than a Catholic Priest at a daycare. Jason Fabini: Another overrated lineman. He is as good a gone. He was lucky that the running backs were "staying in" to block this year. His injury was a blessing as it gave more chances to other players. The "Great Fabini" cannot escape out of this trunk. John Abraham: So he gets 10 sacks per year. 80% of them are on 1st or second down and in warm weather. Big deal. When did the sack become a major force anyway. He did make it through his first full NFL season in 2006. Not bad for 6 years in the league. Jets fans don't get it. He has missed 24 games and only had 1 playoff appearance out of 4. Good thing he does not have diarrhea because he cannot stop the runs! Dewayne Robertson: Every year Jets fans say this guy is the best thing since sliced bread. He gets blown out of the box on every play. Watch him on film. He is too small. He played at Kentucky which was hardly a major school. The best thing to come out of Kentucky is Jack Daniels. Mistakes will be made and others will be blamed!

Preston Howley III
Actually, I was amused by Fat Man's post. And not for nothing but, the guy did make some valid points. Having said that, most of the crticism is leveled at obvious targets: Pennington, Martin, McCarreins, Rerun, & Jolley. I thought the sht about Mawae was stupid, but Fat Man is right, Kendall might be a problem. There is always that one vet who likes to stand up to the new authority figure, and challenge him. As for Abraham, the guy has never impressed me. 6 years in the league, what you see is what you get. Maybe the large money could be more wisely invested elsewhere. Barton
Pete Kendall blows. He gets NO PUSH in the run game. Even he admitted it himself, saying that when he played guard even if he had perfect balance and technique he'd still get overpowered. He's not as good as he once was. He's got to go. He's part of the problem. He's JAG right now, imho. Replace him with a 2nd or 3rd rd pick shouldnt be a hard task. The way I look at Kendall, I already see a hole. Ask any nose guard in the league and they'll tell you he still cannot call or pickup any blitzes. He looks like he is picking up crispy cremes instead. I stopped reading after this. You're being extremely naive if you think Mawae is done. O-lineman have a much longer shelf life. This guy freaking snapped the ball lefty with a huge club on the other hand not long ago. Get a clue. He'll still be above averge and way better then anything we could get. Plus if we're starting fresh again with QB and RB it wouldn't be too prudent to give them a wet-behind-the-ears O-line. afosomf
I believe jets will draft eslinger in 3rd rd so it is adios KM. the only way he stays is if he takes major paycut. all the other stiffs listed by FM should be led out the door, cept for Drob. Drob is still young and i will give him another year. I will Add Ty Law, too expensive and is now an overrated CB. Also add Hobson who simply sucks. We will have 3 rookies on the OL in 06, that is my prediction.
