I  also think Flacco goes to the 3 week IR and Morgan to the PS. Maybe only go with 2 QBs (Sam & White)

Both Smiths (WRs) will probably end up on 3 week IR too.

Hall was taken off of the Covid list and added to the NFI list. I think he'll stay there like Bless Austin was kept on the list until they needed him after week 6. 

Flacco cannot be put on IR initially. If he goes into the season on PUP he's not eligible until Week 6. If he is put onto the active roster and then IR'd after initial roster cuts he can be brought back after week 3. 

I don't think Morgan gets through waivers so he stays on the roster during initial cuts.

Morgan will never make it to the practice squad. He is a 4th rounder that was reasonably highly touted. If the Jets try it they likely get burned. To be honest in a year of uncertainty I probably keep 4 QBs: Darnold White Morgan and Flacco (PUP) with good chance just to release Flacco when PUP runs out. White has been consistently taking the vast majority of 2nd team snaps, and has flashed as camp, and took almost all 2nd team snaps in scrimmage. Hard to see him being cut. There is an outside chance he could make it to PS, but other teams monitor reports of training camps
