I know the 2007 Giants lost a game 41-17

but I'm sure there has to be a SB winner who was handed a bigger beatdown, right?

Here is the "unofficial" list of the Top 10 biggest beatdowns of an eventual SB Champion. Note that no SB Champion has ever given up 40+ points while being held without a TD in the same game.

1) -32 pts > 1994 Eagles 40 @ 49ers 8

2t) -31 pts > 1976 Raiders 17 @ Patriots 48

2t) -31 pts > 2003 Patriots 0 @ Bills 31

4) -28 pts > 1979 Steelers 7 @ Chargers 35

5) -27 pts > 2006 Colts 17 @ Jags 44

6) -24 pts > 2007 Vikings 41 @ Giants 17

7) -22 pts > 2007 Packers 35 @ Giants 13

8) -20 pts > 2001 Patriots 10 @ Dolphins 30

9t) -19 pts > 2005 Steelers 7 @ Colts 26

9t) -19 pts > 1993 Cowboys 16 @ Redskins 35

1994 Niners, who would kick the piss out of the Chargers, not only lost, but did so at home to a Kotite-coached Eagles team, 40-8.

This has got to be Pyper. The convenient way the Pats being shut out is ignored and the spin are dead giveaways.

Hey, we're battling from a weakened position.

Not to mention that winning Monday night does not erase a decade of cheating Crush.

I understand. might be a good time to just let it go and see how things play out. Sometimes the best plan is to hunker down and go un-noticed for awhile.

2 of these really stood out, the 93 cowboys and 94 49ers. None of the 2000's surprised me because of parity.

The 93 Cowboys lost their first 2 games, that one was the season opener. But E. Smith was out.

The 94 49ers is the biggest shock. Because that was a great team who lost only 3 games. One being the last game of the season with nothing on the line. Everybody was healthy. And they lost to a 7-9 Eagles team. So hopefuly we can compare ourselves to them when we win it.

My fantasy is a 300 pound fried chicken picking a fight with me in a swimming pool of gravy. You and your man friend holding hands celebrating the big win is just another picture. Thanx for sharing. You two do look very happy.

I would have been there if I could, but had to work the next day.
