JetsLife
Some have mentioned that. Keep hearing he's explosive. If he is comparable to Samuel, sign me up. Deebo is a beast.

JetBlue
I'm praying he is there at 48. I know he ran a pedestrian 40 time at the combine but he plays a lot faster and is a true multipurpose weapon that Gase should love.
RobR
A better Deebo Samuel comparison is Devin Duvernay.
jetstream23
4.6 time at the Combine and some separation concerns. At 6'1" and 227 lbs. that's a physical, possession type WR I'd think. Open to being convinced that he'd be a good pick at #48.
King P
He could be Deebo Samuel 2.0 But he could also be Cordarrelle Patterson 2.0 Alot of his game screams Patterson, and that's definitely not a good thing. He's extremely risky, 1 of the few WRs I'll be disappointed if we take

Prez33
Injuries seem to be what’s gonna affect his draft status. He’s undeniably a starting caliber NFL receiver. But he’s had the durability concerns because he’s an Enunwa-type: physical going after the ball and inviting contact. I’d be willing to take the risk though. Moderate risk, very high reward.

JetsLife
If this is for real and the Steelers are targeting him - that may be the best WR endorsement you can get. Steelers are the modern-day WR NFL factory. https://steelerswire.usatoday.com/2020/04/24/cbs-sports-mocks-pittsburgh-steelers-taking-wr-at-no-49-and-rb-at-no-102/ 1

Also can be lined up in any number of formations even out of the backfield, causing match up problems all over the field. He is gamer and tough as they come. If he hadn't suffered something of an injury plagued senior season, he would have been in the conversation with the Jeudy, Ruggs and Lamb. If we can get this guy on the cheap and he would be a tremendous value. My concern with him is he reminds me of a more athletic Enunwa with more suddenness and quickness than outright speed. Both play a very physical kind of game, and as with case of Enunwa, and to a degree with Shenault, have led to a number of injuries.

Funny I just made the same comparison to Enunwa only more explosive and versatile. They both seek out contact after the catch. I wonder if he can be coached to take what he can get and the get down to avoid taking so many additional hits....
roto@augiesrecords.com
Definitely agree with PREZ33. This guy is awesome but he gets hurt all the time. Great analogy is Enunwa, only better. Would I want an Enunwa, only better. You betcha. This guy will be available when we pick. But who do you take if Mims is also there?
HawkeyeJet
I like Shenault a lot. AJ Brown would be my best comp. Very similar players, frames, speed. I think Shenault is faster than his combine 40. He is not polished, but just get him the ball.
