Barkley lost his balance after being tripped.  That call could've gone either way.  When you slow it down it looks like he regained his balance but he never did.  Should've been blown dead.  And no... I don't believe what the network's "officiating expert" has to say because unless it's so egregious he can't, he's going to agree with the call whenever he can.
