If we can get the right match ups in the playoffs( assuming we get there ) anythings possible. This team can beat anyone.....they can lose to any good team too though. Dont try to steal my fun this season away by claiming that me (1 single Jet fan) is "jinxing" the season... sorry but I dont suit up on Sunday, I have nothing to do with the outcome I just enjoy the ride. I try to stay realistic when its needed otherwise I always hope for the BEST outcome. I would actually rather us not play in round 1, it would be a much better AFC Championship game... Being a fan doesn't mean you should be delusional. I'm right with you hoping for the VL trophy at the end of the year, but I'm not going to say we are going to win it. Clemens&theJets Posted December 27, 2006 Share Posted December 27, 2006 i think we are capable of beating the Colts, the Ravens, the Pats, and the Broncos in the playoffs but the only way we get a shot at the superbowl is is denver loses next week. We would have th #6 seed and we would play the #3 seed colts. If we won, we would play the #1 seed Chargers. the Chargers would kill us with LT and definetly win the game. But if Denver loses. We would have th #5 seed, then we would play the Pats. If we won then we would play the Ravens and if we won we would play the winner of the chargers and Broncos/Colts game and hope that the Colts or Broncos beat the Chargers. the only way we get a shot at the super is if the Broncos lose next week. I just don't see us beating teams with better offenses b/c ours is not so great and you have to have some good offense to go deep in this year playoffs.I like our D ,but our Offense has it's limits.We can go far with very little offense but our D is NOT the "Ravens" of 2000. Don't get me wrong I'am a die hard fan I sat in the rain for 5 Hrs to watch the jets beat the dolfags and I would love to see us go to the BIG Game ,But I think it is highly unlikely.But we can still Dream Baby GO JETS All the way to the Big One!!!
