Its wayyyyy over the top...and if you slightly defend the ridiculousness, you're an apologist/lover/homer/wants to have his babies. Its fun! Being reasonable is being a homer who loves Rex and wants him to have a life long contract even if you think he should be fired at the end of the season. Seriously, wasn't it pretty obvious that the Jets were going to get blown out yesterday, given that they have no secondary. They did put up 17 pts. though, which I didn't expect, and Amaro finally started to have some sort of impact. Geno also had two TD throws, which, I guess, is a positive. Couldn't run the ball because Denver stacked the box and challenged Geno and the scrub receivers to beat them, and obviously, they couldn't. The loss really was the direct result of Idzik dropping the ball with CBs in the offseason and not getting enough receivers. Kerley, Nelson and Salas should go immediately, I say. They have up on routes yesterday and weren't very good to begin with. "Geno also had two TD throws, which, I guess, is a positive" I disagree, now they will keep throwing him there bases on a mediocre performance. It looks so much better because of what we have become accustomed to from him. Hence....here is more Geno for you next week. I am so done with him.. We can guess it was Rex's skill when Cromartie returned the kick-off 47 yards against the Colts in the AFC Div playoffs. Or when the Colts sat their starters in the 2nd half to get them in the playoffs.
