Source: QB Colin Kaepernick will not take pay cut, nor will team pay off part of deal to make trade happen. No deal with .

Guy is a real pain in the ass.... Why would he ever want to stay in a place where nobody wants him? If he goes to the Broncos, he will still get paid a lot of money and not be hated by the coaches in the building.

Stubborn dude, doesn't make him look good.

Based on what they've done not on what they've said it appears the 49ers don't want Kap in their org. There are rumors that a lot of this is personal between ownership and him. And some of this could be related to the conflict between Harbaugh and them. Right now it seems to be about either Kap or York or both parties giving back money like about 5 mil to Denver. Maybe they could split it and maybe Denver take on more of his deal. Considering the dislike the parties have for each other a deal is a possibility.

A lot more went on than Harbaugh leaving they have issues in SF why did so many retire, how many GMs a lot of unanswered questions and now Chip Kelly.

Ok and yet his performance declined even when he still had Crabtree, Davis, Boldin, Gore, a top 3 OL and Harbaugh guiding him.

take all that away and he's holding a clipboard for Gabbert

LMFAO and Ryan Fitzpatrick is....LMFAO

Argumentum ad hominem – the evasion of the actual topic by directing an attack at your opponent.

Onus probandi – from Latin "onus probandi incumbit ei qui dicit, non ei qui negat" the burden of proof is on the person who makes the claim, not on the person who denies (or questions the claim).

If Kaep is a Franchise QB, you should be able to argue that without making references to Fitz or shifting the burden of proof to those who doubt your claim.

His performance was still better than any Jets QB lets not compare 1 year wonder Fitzpatrick and what he did here with an easy schedule we beat 2 teams with winning records and didnt make the playoffs.

Would you like to compare Kaeps playoff appearances to Fitzpatricks

But so many here want Fitzpatrick over Kaepernick

Once all the bells and whistles were taken away he looked like a glorified Geno

Sanchez is 4-2 in the playoffs should we call Elway about him?

Time for the NY Jets to step in and step up and acquire a franchise QB once and for all.

We should stockpile elite franchise QBs like the Bucs who drafted Winston when they already had superstar Mike Glennon.
