Sam was off today but he made the plays when we needed them. We just beat the best defense in the NFL playing for their playoff lives...

He missed a throw early down the sidellne, and threw up a dangerous ball early...Otherwise didn’t miss much...in the second half he played smart, field position football and trusted his defense.

Give him credit for playing smart football.

He made an awful throw in the 2nd half to triple coverage .

Sometimes 3 bad plays is enough to lose a game .

Why does that matter? Fans are entitled to celebrate a hard fought win no matter what time of the year it is, particularly against one of the NFL's darlings.

Fans are entitled to do what ever they want .

They can celebrate meaningless wins in December, they can also laminate the state of this franchise in the past 8 years .

Yeah, forgot about that one -

I honestly loved that he tried for that - but yes, bad idea.

The issue is not that he tried,  every qb try to fit tough balls into crowded situations. its what they do.

The issue is that he totally missed a wide open Anderson running for an easy first down

I was responding to your post that you are upset that FANS are celebrating a WIN against the STEELERS. Again so what if it is a meaningless win in the grand scope of things. What exactly is your point? How is that going to change what has happened in the last 8 years. In case you didn't get the memo this is a Jets fan board.

We were happy when geno Smith and rex Ryan got the team to 8-8 , how that worked out for you?

While I am happy the team won , the big picture is much more important  then  meaningless december win

So...what exactly did you want the team to do just lie down?
