I’m sure he’s going to be an All-Pro, Packer ball washers.

It will be hilarious to watch their fan base reaction if they have to put up with average play at QB.

Yes. With Aaron Rodgers sitting on the bench tripping balls  on mushrooms because Green Bay wouldn’t make the deal. As the crowd yells,” we want Aaron, we want Aaron!”

In Packers history from 1960-present, at least one of these 2 statements has been true.....

  • Finished in the top half of the in the league in offensive points per game
  • Finished in the top half of the league in passing yardage

.....for all of these seasons/QBs:

  • 1960-'64; 1966-'68; 1970:  Bart Starr
  • 1972:  Scott Hunter
  • 1980-'85:  Lynn Dickey
  • 1986:  Randy Wright
  • 1989-'90:  Don Majkowski
  • 1992-2007:  Brett Favre
  • 2008-'16; 2018-2021:  Aaron Rodgers

That's 49 of the last 63 seasons (78 %) that Packers fans have enjoyed at minimum above average QB play and/or above average offense.

And in one of those 14 seasons that was an exception to the rule (1965:  Bart Starr), the Packers still won the NFL Championship that season on the back of their defense.

To call their fans spoiled is a severe understatement.

That is a wild stat.

Watching the video, JL is still on his toes when throwing. I guess the “to-do” list that Lefleur gave him hasn’t sunk in yet. If you can’t do it in practice you sure as heck won’t be able to do it during games.

Some of the accuracy-driven details came from a to-do list provided by LaFleur at the end of the 2021 season. It wasn’t about Love’s right arm. Rather, it was about his left foot.

“When Jordan was stepping to throw, he was up on the ball of his left foot when he was letting the ball go instead of having his foot flat on the ground so you can have more balance,” Calhoun explained. “You have more balance through your delivery, and balance creates accuracy. He was up on the ball of his left foot so his heel was off the ground, so his balance was a little bit off and that would mess with his accuracy.

Zach Wilson was more than phenomenal in some training camp reports at one point

Zach could be the greatest QB of all time with his ability to waggle, roll out, throw on the run….

IF!!! He was playing six on six flag football with no rush!

I still think that injury in pre-season hurt him more than people think. He lost all momentum and confidence and had to play less at less than 100%. That's why I think he can regain his confidence and step in after learning the position better.
