BP
A-Rod was swinging for the fences again, he's got to cut his swing down. he has tremendous power when he just tries to make contact. not a good sign.
Matt39
A. Rodriguez 3b 1K 2LOB ouch It just makes you sick when you watch this guy and then look at Sox games and see Ortiz and Manny getting done again and again.
Bugg
As usual, when there's an argument to be made, Torre ain't making it. Even to give Mussina more time.

GimmeShelter
Torre made the right move with the pull. Wang had nothing tonight Yeah that DP may have saved the season. That woulda been my reason for leaving Wang in as he can get a groundball.
Matt39
Hits with 2 outs and RISP. The Yankees do no get it done in these situations. Teams they've faced in the playoffs over the years have.

BP
The Indians are unstoppable with 2 outs and runners in scoring position, and the Yankees can't do jack **** in the same circumstances(against Byrd? ) They are ****ting the bed right now by swinging for the fences. Maxman
Mussina just helped answer that question. Wang starts -- gonna need to score a lot of runs to win. Mussina starts -- gonna need to score a lot of runs to win. I took a lot of heat the other day for saying Wang was not a # 1. 19 wins = a by product of a team that scores 6 runs per game. That covers a lot of warts. I am NOT pinning this all on Wang. The Yankees are capable of coming back. Pitching wins Championships though. That is the bigger issue right now.
