I'm pretty sure that the NFL cannot change the kickoff time within 12 days of the game. Don't take my word for it though, I don't want everyone making their schedule based on something that I am not positive about (I'll have enough to deal with when Jetfan13 discovers that he is sitting about 10 sections away from the rest of the group ).
