The consensus is that the Jets coaches did alert the officials about the Pats cheating on ST

This makes it even sweeter.

Even the guy that committed the penalty said that WAS the play but he should have known the rules.

Now, there are some report coming that the Refs gave the Pats a warning about pushing during the game.

It was probably Rob Ryan's the one that tipped his brother.

You don't think the special teams coach looks at film of the previous week's special teams plays?  The Jets coached this same technique until the rule change and have since informed their players it is illegal this year.  It must have jumped off the screen when they looked at the film from the New Orleans game.

Skip Bayless and some hack that covered the game for ESPN NY are whining about it on the web, calling it unfair, that it violated the "spirit" of the rule, and that the Pats were "robbed."  Never mind that the Jets have been "robbed" countless times by the refs cheating for the Pats and not calling penalties, not to mention all the ways that the Pats have cheated.  Eff Bayless, that talking head on ESPN and the Pats.

How were the Pats robbed ? The game was tied. And Brady would have to get 35-40 yards to get into FG range and he got -6 yards for a major part of the 3rd quarter and only 16 yards on that one drive in OT.

The media is just awful. After the JETS won the game there was silence on the air for 5-7 seconds before Greg Gumbel finally said the JETS won. Dan Dierdof kept repeating how the Pats were without so many players due to injury. Never once heard Santonio Holmes or Antawn Barnes or Mike Goodson's name being mentioned in the entire telecast!

How ****in arrogant do you have to be to do it AFTER you were warned?

And another thing, whats with all the "warnings"? If its illegal throw the damn flag. Same thing with recording other teams sidelines. Why do they get warnings and not punishments.

Seriously, **** this team. So glad we won that game. Hope Pats fans are crying into their hands for weeks over this and it comes back to bite them even worse later in the season somehow if our records are close.

Yes they did but since the Jets are not evil and dicktards they did not get it called

LMAO awesome.

Most likely they were probably seeing if the refs were gonna call it or not. When they didn't call it again Rex probably said something to refs.

I am not surprised though....clearly he is an arrogant ****. Just so glad we reaped the benefits.

when you are the "THE" Team of the NFL and have the poster boy white clean cut all American boy as your QB and a team that is run by a guy who will do whatever it takes to win, even if that means cheating you get a lot of latitude and a sense of entitlement. Can you believe what we heard all day and last night for the NERVE of the league to actually CALL THAT PENALTY at THAT time?

I know, which is complete garbage. And this makes it even worse. This douchebag got exactly what he deserved.

This is just one more example of the cheating scumbag this guy is. Remember last year when they would run the hurry up and not let the defense substitute?

The most annoying part is why is it always the jets that have too point it out? Where is the league on this sh*t. They have their heads buried in the dirt. They did get this one right though and maybe its a turning point.

Over on Facebook a guy who has a big Giants NY as his avatar picture said in my thread that "The refs gave the Jets  that game". I couldn't believe it, don't they remember how Beliscum walked away before the SB game was even over and refused to shake Coughlin's hand?

It was probably Rob Ryan's the one that tipped his brother.  I saw a video shown by the post where the Pats ran the exact same play against the saints in the 4th quarter last week.

Loved the fact that the Jets CS was actually the one that made this call, essentially, by alerting the refs. Its like "Hey Bill, we beat you, but guess what, you can suck my big toe for cheating!"

Was just listening to WFAN driving home.

Boomer and Carton assert that New Orleans complained to the league after last weeks game about the NEP commtting the same foul multiple times and it not being called.

Boomer surmises that during the week  Rob Ryan clued  Rex in on this.

NOW........the real interesting part of this is that Willie Colon was quoted as saying the Pats players were warned early in the game to stop doing because they were going to call it.

Heard this as well. Why is a ref telling the player on the field not to commit a penalty. Thats not his job.
