SenorGato
for taking mediocre players off the market that the Jets proooooobably would be dumb enough to target. Once done we can all return to the misery porn imaginary doomsday scenarios like how the Bills, with their first picks in the 20s, are totally definitely a threat to trade allllll the way up for one on three QBs. So far so good and Los Yets haven't blown a dime or a draft pick yet, the rare excellent start.

Gen X Jet
The Bills' 2019 1st will be a very valuable chip. Right now they have Peterman as their starter.
ZachEY
Nothing bad happened for the Jets today, but I'm not sure why we can say that anything good happened. There's still plenty of bad signings to be had. If history is any indicator, we will still find some of them.
SenorGato
Yeah, Landry's one TD per season against the Jets really put the fear of Jah in everyone. I don't know why I expected more than just finding some more misery. Fine, totally definitely the Buffalo Bills are doing big things lol. I'm chalking today up as another huge win, the second of the offseason after the Broncos' feints finally getting noted as #FakeNews.

It's fascinating to watch the mental gymnastics, no one even flinched when the board's latest and greatest past present and future powerhouse, the Broncos, got truthed out of Cousins despite everyone insisting otherwise. Players don't get better deeper in the draft folks, let the Bills feast and watch them still walk out with maybe 3-4 starters probably two and only one that's actually a stud. No one wants to move ****in' 20 spots down unless they're getting the Bills' entire draft plus some future picks. 2 - Uuuh...alrighty then. Rizzo's a perrenial MVP candidate too but that's some hipster sh*t. Edit: I might be underselling Rizzo, career year a'comin, but also Bryant is that good. Why I definitely think they will trade up at least once. Pack those 2 picks per round and move up a round once or twice. I think they are definitely going to trade to trade up in front of us for a qb.

Sure they are, I haven't denied anything but their potential impact. A handful of late firsts, seconds, and thirds isn't doing what you guys imagine it can without spending all of it to probably still end up with third choice at QB, if they were to get so lucky. Cool, also not something you have or will see me deny and it *still* does nothing to improve the value of all those picks the Bills and Dolphins have. We can also honestly and affirmatively say the Jets are in fantastic position to make that the fleeting, non-factor memory anything good they've ever done becomes. That and the Bills are and will always have the ceiling of a second tier franchise, they're the barely threat they've always and will aways be. Again - give me hell when I'm wrong but remember me when they trade up for Josh Allen, the QB they might have a shot at with their pile of 20s and 50s picks.
