not when you have Sam and Adams on rookie deals for the next 3 years...throw 2 years at Houston and call it a day. Do you think we'd pay Mosley 17m if we didnt have rookie deals?

Sam, Adams.  I'll drink to that.

They will sign him when his asking price comes down. Right now he thinks more of himself apparently than teams are willing to pay and as such there is ZERO chatter about him. When he gets a grip of reality then the Jets will be amongst several teams to give him a second thought.

Sent from the Suicide Watch desk.

Watching Bosa and Houston teabag Tom Brady for 4 quarters would give me purpose in life again

The way you get to Brady is pressure up the middle. Their whole offense is based on him getting rid of the ball quickly. We might be better off drafting Q Williams and put a lot of pressure up the middle moving Brady off his spot then our DEs can clean up!

This is where you are going to have to lean on Greg Williams to make this call... do you go edge with Bosa, Allen or Q. up the middle

Mac should only be responsible for seeing if he can get a team to trade up to #3. From there kick him out of the room and have Gase/Williams make the call.

We only play the Patriots twice a year. It's not smart to build your team to just beat them. And the best way to beat the Patriots is to outscore them. The Jets will have better success against the Pats, Brady and Belichick when Darnold improves. We've built this team with 1st round pick after 1st round pick on the interior of the defensive line and have had rare success against the Pats. Build an offense to outscore them and we'll be fine. Enough with the interior defensive lineman in the 1st round.

Pass rush is effective against all teams not just the patriots

Well we've tried the whole interior pass rush angle and it hasn't worked. We need an edge rusher badly. Drafting Quinnen Williams will just be more of the same nonsense the Jets have been doing since Rex.

Quinnen Williams is so good I can overlook the jets neglecting OLB again

That said the idea of Houston and Allen rushing Brady on 3rd down makes me smile
