So if JD given the opportunity to improve this roster this season by making a great deal and stealing a player for nothing he doesn't do it. Let's say for conversation purposes the Steelers offer him Ju-Ju for a 4th round pick and he agrees to sign a longterm deal JD should pass on this. Since that part of the game has pretty much vanished from the NFL(even very few punt returns any more,) I could see why he doesn't get much time.
