Sam playing well for the 9ers. Good for him. Must be a dream come true for him to be playing out west

When a talented QB is surrounded by competent coaching and a supporting cast, good things happen. Only 26 years old, he’s going to get a chance to be someone’s “long-term” QB soon. It’ll be interesting to see if Shanahan can convince him to stay

Wentz just threw a dart for a TD. Also many designed runs. Didn’t need him.

We would’ve gotten the Washington version of him and would be no better than we wound up being.

Hard to believe I know, but the QB is very often a product of the coaching and cast around him.

Wentz in Washington was 100x the player Wilson is.

Remember when the Eagles were supposed to be the league's best team?  As it turned out, their loss to the Jets was definitely a serious sign of things to come.

A team that was once 10-1 and on path to the #1 seed will now be heading on the road for the wild card.  What a total disaster.

Assistant coaches really matter.  Replacing their DC with a guy that did not do the job and then giving the job to the laughable matt patricia were blunders.

He should stick around for another year. Build his stock up. He’s made money, still young. Should invest in himself at this point and give himself the best shot as possible at rebounding.
