I'm going to make them with pasta and some sausage out of the casing. I can't find the damn recipe. Anybody have one? Anybody know what "lupi" are? Here they have vongole veraci (true clams) the little clams that you usually get in spaghetti with white or red clam sauce and lupi (wolves) which seem a tiny bit smaller.
