GimmeShelter Posted September 30, 2012 Share Posted September 30, 2012 Basically the record we expected after four games but their is zero room for optimism other than a soft 2nd half schedule. There is not one unit on this team that has played well in weeks. This game was a disaster coming in and all the talk how we would keep it close and win was nonsense. I agree with Sperm that the offense hurts the defense. We hung around both today's game and the Steeler game until it became apparent the offense was not gonna do anything. The scary part is there are no answers at this point to fix things and take advantage of the soft 2nd half schedule due to injuries and not having a semi legite replacement for Sanchez. That and I think our FO is too stubborn/stupid to draft one with Sanchez still on the team. This team is going nowhere until sanchez is off the Jets...that's the bottom line.
