Can we catch the ball?

Moore had like 3 'kind of drops' today.  Not clear drops, but balls he could/should caught.   Another flat drop

Not to concerned about it.  Doesn't have a history of drops, and hasn't played in the pre-season.

Few other drops by other players also.  Have to clean that up if they are going to have any chance to compete.

More concerned about the OL.  May get better as the season moves on, but that could be very painful, and slow.

Yes, we will be better with Crowder today. He is a more reliable receiver than apparently Elijah Moore

It's exactly why you don't trade him.

We hope Moore will find his way...but right now Crowder is FAR better for ZW's development...and when all's said and done....that's the ONLY thing that matters.

One of Moore's "drops", the deep pass, the DB hit his arm way early, so I'm not going to consider that a "drop".

Moore also had some separation on a corner route, late in the game (just before the Mims catch) that it looked like Zach underthrew.  Of course, he was throwing off his back foot because a defender was in his face.

Yeah it was fun times debating with the “counting chickens before they hatch” crew whether we should keep Crowder.

Not many things make me more annoyed than dropped passes, especially when your young Qb needs all the help he can get,

It really screwed up his rhythm. He has that tempo to maintain. Probably due to his ADHD as a kid. He needs to stay in a positive mindset.  You could see he was flustered, disappointed and bewildered by the drops. He’ll mature and the wr’s will get it together.  They are a talented bunch. Not to worried about the Zach connection to them. More worried about giving the kid some time to throw the damn ball.

He didn't appear flustered or bewildered.  More like frustrated because he had so little time to throw the ball.  Drops are going to happen but when get 1 second to throw that is when you get anxious because you know if just had a few more seconds you could have made a play.  That has to be more aggravating than a dropped pass here or there, especially when some of those passes were desperation heaves just to get the ball away.
