If you want to see Joe cooking at a tailgate you will have to build a time machine. He actually cooks all the food overseas these days, in sweat shops and imports it. After taking 2nd place 2 years in a row it was cool to take first, with the majority of over 600 people voting us the best hot dog out of 24 chefs. We name our hot dog after a player each year, and this year our dog was the "Nick Mangold Over The Line Dog." It consisted of: Jersey style deep fried hot dog Our famous TGJ chili with a few additions Bacon onion maple jam Deep fried cheddar cheese balls Royal Crown Bakery Bun In all honesty, it was effing delicious.
