jack48
It's his team. His team is bad. Usually coaches get fired for that. the 2nd pick was pretty meaningless. the first was rotten. He got nailed, the throw went off line. It happens when you have to throw every down and the field gets shorter and tighter. they were not ready. they had a bad plan. rex's fault. neckdemon
i always think to myself.....why do these teams seem to play poor and then when they play the jets they look so good? the common denominator is the jets......and the jets suck. thats why
ZachEY
Agreed. His fault he's got no team but is still 3-3. Fire hin Not today. But assuming they don't have a winning season, you give a guy a new contact who hadn't had a winning season in 3 years?

Matt39
The defense doesn't make teams uncomfortable. Every play is calm....we weren't even close to a pick today other than a deflected pass. Today was a slow death against a better team.

Today was a slow death against a better team. I'd argue the Steelers o-line played a lot better than we've previously seen this season. I hate that this was a SOJ game, but if the d-line doesn't pressure the QB the secondary looks extra bad because the secondary isn't that good. and Cromartie is obviously injured. BP
Wow, this was just a fluke game. Rex will have our heroes ready to play the patriots next week. Rex always calls the Jets a great resilient team whenever they win. ( he said it last week ad nauseum )hank goodness I don't have to hear that after today. Rex is one of the greatest head coaches in the history of football. He just has no talent. I can't wait to hear Rex's presser

No. But around January 1st games like this is why he'll be looking for work as a DC. Klecko is even saying it; this team thought Monday night mattered today. it didn't. Wrecks cannot handle success. Again he holds a veritable parade of self-congratulation all week instead of preparing. damn near broke his arm patting himself on the back.
