ScarletKnight89
He's not going to the XFL for a year.
DMan77
I wonder if any top-picking teams next year will skip taking a QB (Like Tua) and try and tank again for Trevor. Pretty ballsy plan, but I can see it...
Welp
I don't get the overzealous hype. He looks like a guy that's going to be plagued by ints in the NFL especially if he doesn't have great WRs.
PCP63
Let's let him play a single snap in the NFL before we call him the greatest prospect ever. sh*t happens. Skills not translating to the NFL, injuries, personal issues, fame going to the head, etc.
Ghost420
He can throw the ball that's for sure but can he read a defense. Even his highlights he throws to thw 1st read every single time.

I only see 1 option: 1- play 1 year in the xfl and make a few million dollars. Then enter the draft that May. Can anyone make a case as to why returning to college football for a 3rd year would be better then that? This could be one of the dumbest posts around here in a very long time. 2

I'm guessing XFL will pay players similarly to how the NFL does (ie game checks) so who knows how many weeks he'd actually get paid.. He’s going to try and break Wilt Chamberlain scoring record. Probably will take a pay cut when he eventually enters the NFL . Don’t worry about Trevor Lawrence , as it’s great to be the king. I can guarantee....if Sam had quality coaching like Baker, Tua and Trevor did, he would have stayed at USC one more year. The college experience is something they never forget for the rest of their lives.
